You're bang in the middle, sandwiched between caring for your pre-teen/teens and supporting your aging parents. This delicate balancing act can leave you feeling emotionally pulled in all directions. You're not alone here! Many women are balancing alongside you, and it's crucial to prioritise self-care. Find support in friends, family, or support groups to share the load and be sure to carve out precious "me time", even just 5 minutes a day - you cannot pour from an empty cup

Still a way to go with closing the pay gap, but undoubtedly empowering as this is, we’ve added extra layers of stress - balancing the running of a home and a career at the same time.
